How are shipping costs calculated on AgriCart?

Who arranges the shipping for my order?

Can I arrange my own pickup or carrier?

Can I request a freight quote before placing an order?

Will I receive tracking information for my shipment?

Can I combine products from multiple suppliers in one shipment?

Returns and Order Issues 

We want to help make sure your order arrives as expected and that any issues are addressed promptly.


Because many products on AgriCart are supplied for commercial agricultural use, returns are handled differently than on consumer retail platforms. If you receive an incorrect item or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a brief description of the problem.

 

To help us review the issue, we may ask for photos of the product and packaging. Where an order issue is confirmed, AgriCart will work with the seller to determine the appropriate next steps, which may include replacement, correction, or return instructions.

 

To avoid delays, we recommend that products remain unused and in their original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
